Game Informer hands down is the best magazine for gamers out there. The magazine keeps gamers updated about released games, and those in development. The magazine offers great game reviews, supported with great game art. Pros- Wide print - Great magazine design - Well written and researched - Game reviewsCons - None
More about the Mag - there is user feedback (always some good tips), previews (tons of ink on these screen shots) and reviews (well written and concise in their feedback). These started coming sooner than I had anticipated. If you need a one stop shop (without a bunch of ads or one off articles) for all your game research needs (PC, 360, PS2) then this is the best choice. So, don't let the 'could take 6 months to deliver' disclaimers deter you from buying through Amazon. you can't beat the price and Game Informer seems to be on top of the issue. I just wish that I worked for them reviewing games. They do tend to pick the ones that I find most interesting to review.
The Good, the bad, and the ugly section isn't good anymore. They got rid of their retro game reviews and trivia in the back.
It used be fun, funny, and exciting. This magazine used to be the best gaming magazine in my opinion until they totally redid their whole magazine.
The feature story takes up 25% of the issue too. Now the last two issues in which they changed the whole style of their magazine have been total crud.
The reviews are two paragraphs long and have half as many pages as before they changed the style of their mag. Someone really messed up when redesigning this magazine.
I would not recommend this mag to anyone.
5 stars for the magazine. It's been 3+ months now and still no magazine. went to a GameStop store and signed up there. The pics, articles, etc.everything about it makes you want to read it multiple times. His have already started coming (2 issues. It covers PC games and all of the gaming systems with reviews and things to look forward to in the future. I love it. One month into the wait, my boyfriend (who could wait no longer).

yeah, we all hate gamestop. but fair is fair, and this magazine is usually pretty good. just make sure you hate gamestop in the back of your mind.decent.
